Overview of Role & Experience

With over 24 years of commercial property management experience, Angie leads Bishop Beale Duncan in the management of all third-party and Principal-owned commercial assets. She oversees a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail centers, high rise office buildings, industrial buildings, financial institutions, and medical office buildings.

Angie’s core competencies include lease administration, financial reporting, tenant retention, facility management, and construction management. She has a proven track record of reducing operating costs, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and completing complex projects within time and budget constraints.  Her ongoing mission is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions, while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Prior to Bishop Beale Duncan, Angie held several roles in commercial real estate including positions with East Group Properties, First Capital Property Group, Holladay Properties and most recently, Associate Director for Avison Young.
