French Restaurant To Open in Downtown Orlando

Modera Central reveals ins second tenant to occupy the retail space in the luxury apartment tower. La Boulangerie, a new French restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plans to open in early 2020.

Earlier this year, Modera Central was awarded Top Luxury Project of 2019 during the OBJ’s Residential Real Estate awards. Bishop Beale Duncan’s Director of Retail, JP Beaulieu, CCIM, CLS, commented to the OBJ, “A lot of interest is based on the quality of the building. All of these guys bought into the concept of doing something more high-end in downtown Orlando.”
